Barrett Love
Woodward High School
Barrett Love is valedictorian of his class and was recognized by the College Board with the National Rural and Small Town Recognition Award. He placed first statewide in the Veterans of Foreign Wars’ Voice of Democracy essay contest and was named the 2023 Woodward Student Citizen of the Year. Love is president of his school’s Student Council and National Honor Society chapter. He enjoys volunteering at his local food pantry, playing the alto saxophone and participating on the competitive parliamentary procedure team. Barrett plans to major in finance at the University of Oklahoma.
