Abigail Thomason
Sallisaw High School
Abigail Thomason is a College Board Rural and Small Town Academic Scholar and a Sallisaw Distinguished Honor Graduate. She serves as FFA Chapter president and has won the state soil and water conservation contest twice. She was the 2024 Sequoyah County Livestock Show Grand Champion Sheep and placed at speech competitions across the state. She serves as the school’s National Honor Society president and high brass section leader of the three-time state champion marching band. She was a 2022 Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership Ambassador and a Youth Leadership Oklahoma Class 23 member. Thomason plans to attend Oklahoma State University and major in biochemistry and molecular biology.
