Congratulations on your selection as an Academic All-Stater!

Your All-State portal includes information and forms that will help you prepare for the Academic Awards Celebration on Saturday, May 4, at the Embassy Suites Hotel & Conference Center in Norman. Check back for regular updates.

NOTE: If your plans have changed and you are no longer able to attend the ceremony, please let OFE know by 4 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, in order to receive a refund for any seats purchased for family members.

Your All-State Checklist

Complete your publicity form by Sunday, February 25
The form helps us prepare your online biographical entry and hometown publicity. Click here to access the publicity form.

Submit a high-resolution photo
Your name, photo and a brief biography will be posted on OFE’s website and used for hometown publicity. You will upload your professional-looking headshot, such as a school or senior photo, while completing your publicity form online.

Submit your IRS Form W-9 by Sunday, February 25
In keeping with IRS regulations, each All-Stater must submit a W-9 to the foundation to receive their $1,500 award. You will upload your W-9 while completing your publicity form. The foundation will issue a Form 1099-MISC to honorees.

Invite a special teacher
You have the opportunity to honor one teacher guest who has greatly impacted your academic career. Your teacher will be the guest of OFE at dinner and will be recognized at the event. Please be sure to share event details with your chosen teacher!

Register yourself and your guests for the Awards Celebration by Sunday, March 24
You and your special teacher will have complimentary admission. You may purchase additional seats for immediate family members at a discounted rate of $40 per person. Click here to access the registration form.

Book your hotel room
If you require an overnight stay in Norman, we encourage you to book your room in advance. Use this link to reserve a room at the Embassy Suites Hotel at a discounted event rate. If you prefer to call for reservations, the phone number is (405) 364-8040 and the group code is 91V. This rate is available until April 11.

Celebration Day! Check in at noon Saturday, May 4, at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Norman
Lunch will be provided for the Academic All-Staters. Activities before dinner are for All-Staters only; your guests do not need to arrive before the ballroom doors open at 5 p.m. OFE encourages guests looking for activities in the area to visit the Visit Norman and Visit OKC websites. The evening program should conclude by 8 p.m. Please note that parking is free for event attendees.

How to Watch the Celebration
The event will be broadcast live on OFE’s Facebook page.

It will also be broadcast on OETA at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 18, and 10 a.m. Sunday, May 19. OETA is channel 13 in Oklahoma City and channel 11 in Tulsa. Visit OETA.tv for more information on where to watch OETA.
